We provide business training, coaching, mentoring, and advisory services on a guidance and education basis only. We do not provide legal, financial, accounting, or medical advice, nor do we perform work on your behalf. Responsibility for decisions and outcomes remains with you.
Long-Term Programs
Programs may be offered for fixed terms including 3, 6, 12, 24, or 48 months. By enrolling, you commit to the full program term. Pricing reflects time, availability, and resource allocation across the entire engagement. Early withdrawal does not remove payment obligations.
No Guarantees
We do not guarantee results, outcomes, revenue, or business success. Examples, testimonials, and case studies are illustrative only. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
Fees, No Refunds
All fees are non-refundable, except where required by Australian Consumer Law. No refunds are provided for change of mind, dissatisfaction, non-attendance, early termination, or unused sessions. Fees remain payable regardless of participation level or outcomes achieved.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be made in writing to harsha@tekin.au.
For fixed-term or long-term programs, cancellation does not release you from payment obligations for the agreed term.
Where instalment or payment plans apply, these represent a total program commitment and are not pay-as-you-go.
Access to services may cease upon cancellation at our discretion.
Any exceptions must be confirmed in writing by us.
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, frameworks, and methodologies are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, share, sell, or distribute materials without written consent.
Third-Party Links
We are not responsible for third-party websites or services linked from our Site. Use them at your own risk.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to resupplying the services or refunding the amount paid, at our option.
