Adam is a CEO, board director, and technology advisor with more than 20 years’ experience helping leaders use technology, innovation, and governance to drive growth while managing risk.

Across his career, Adam has founded, scaled, and governed multiple technology and consulting businesses, including growing a consultancy to $27.5M in annual revenue, building teams of up to 150 staff, and delivering 300%+ shareholder returns. He has led organisations through major market disruption, including COVID, while maintaining profitability and business continuity.

Adam has deep experience in enterprise technology delivery, having managed elements of $1B-scale telecommunications network programs, delivered major contracts for Telstra, Optus, Vodafone, and NBNCo, and supported large-scale digital transformation initiatives. More recently, he has focused on cybersecurity, generative AI, and innovation commercialisation, investing $220k in R&D, qualifying for RDTI, and delivering executive-level GenAI programs to senior leadership teams.
